Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it ships.

Cancelling before your order ships

Email support@belgiummart.com or message +971 56 351 9823 on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been packed or handed to the courier, we cancel it and send a full refund, including shipping, to your original payment method under our Refund Policy. Cash on Delivery orders are simply cancelled, with nothing to pay.

Cancelling after your order ships

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You can refuse delivery or return the items within 14 days under our Return Policy. For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs may not be refunded.

Refusing Cash on Delivery orders

If you no longer want a COD order, please cancel it before it ships rather than refusing it at the door. Refused COD parcels cost us shipping in both directions. If you refuse COD deliveries repeatedly without a valid reason, we may require prepayment for your future orders.

Changing your order

To change a size, colour, item or delivery address, contact us before the order ships. We will do our best to update it. After shipping, changes are not possible, but you can return or exchange items under our Return Policy.

Cancellations by Belgium Mart

We may cancel an order, in full or in part, if:

1. An item is out of stock or discontinued
2. There is a pricing or product information error
3. Payment cannot be verified or is declined
4. We suspect fraud or misuse
5. We cannot deliver to your address or country

If we cancel, we will tell you by email and refund any amount you paid in full.
