Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide with tracking, and process most orders within [1–3] business days.

Order processing

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within [1–3] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During sales or busy seasons, processing may take a little longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves us.

Delivery times and costs

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, weather, holidays or courier delays can add extra days. The exact shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available in [list of countries or cities]. A COD fee of [amount] may apply and is shown at checkout. Please have the exact amount ready when the courier arrives.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities, are not included in our prices unless stated at checkout, and are paid by the customer. If you refuse to pay them and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the product price minus the original and return shipping costs.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping email to follow your parcel. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If you need help, contact support@belgiummart.com with your order number.

Delivery address

Please make sure your address and phone number are complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address or failed delivery, we can re-ship it once you pay the new shipping cost.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

1. Delayed: if your parcel has not arrived [10] business days after the estimated date, contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier.
2. Lost: if the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will send a replacement or a full refund.
3. Damaged: if your parcel arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Countries we cannot ship to

We may be unable to ship to some countries or regions because of courier limits, sanctions or local import rules. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you and refund your order in full.
